Suit Negozi Eu offers a straightforward return process, allowing you to request a return for any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition with all security tags and designer packaging intact.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original box and ensure the Return Authorization Number is clearly visible on the outside of the package.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point or schedule a home collection.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
